Go to START>Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Language>Details>Add>Imput Language>Chinese(PRC)>Keyboard>Chinese Simplified-Microsoft Pinyin IME3.0>Apply then click "OK" all the way until you exit back to Control Panel. Right click on the taskbar below and select Language Bar,click on it and choose CH Chinese (PRC).
